FAQ'S

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

In Cape Town by The Foschini Group (TFG). The locally made movement is back and we’re proud to be part of it.

Short answer 1-2 days.

Before we started in the clothing industry we did our research. One of the most common complaints we heard from retailers was that clothing suppliers take far too long to restock.
Empty shelves = lost sales.

We’re passionate about shifting the clothing landscape and changing the status quo. We figured if your shelves were full, you would make more sales… oh and reorder quicker.

So we hold stock of each line. This ranges from 1000 – 3000 pieces per style depending on sales history and forecast.

The Courier Guy comes around every day to collect local (SA) deliveries. We charge about R120 per box to anywhere in SA, which isn’t bad considering we pack about R4k-R5k of stock into each box.

We have arrangements with reliable freight companies delivering into other countries into Africa.

Airfreight quotes arranged within a day.

Afraid not. We don’t want to compete with every Joe Soap printer getting knocked down on price and doing promo work.

We’ve chosen a different model where everything we do is in bulk which means a saving for you.

We can however assist you in sourcing the correct blank t-shirt from a promo company and arranging the printing with our reliable empowerment printer.

Yes, a simple one colour sleeve or neck print with your logo does the trick.
Simplicity works best here. Customers don’t want to be a walking advertisement bearing your brand… if you paid them it might be different.

We charge a nominal fee of R7 per print, with no set up charge or minimums.

Customisation normally takes about 4-5 days because we outsource this to a very reliable empowerment printer.

In PDF, .Png, Vector or any design program format. We’re not able to work with .jpg images.

Firstly, we don’t charge export VAT.

Because everything is 100% locally made, we have all the correct certificates (SADC, EUR1 and AGOA) that you need to get preferential, even zero rates and duties.

There are just 2 types of people in this world. There are those that step forward, embrace change and take action, and those that don’t.
We obviously don’t know which one you are, however approximately 500 stores across 12 countries have taken action and are reaping sizeable financial rewards.

Oh, and we have a 100% return policy with no timeframe. Ask your current supplier if they are that confident in their offering.

Every retailer has a clothing horror story. That’s why we made a manufacturing deal with The Foschini Group (TFG). Surely their 2000+ clothing stores know a thing or two about quality. They don’t cut corners.

Most of our retailers do a 100% – 150% mark-up.

Ever seen investment company ads where they push their “we only want what’s best for you” agenda?
It’s cringe worthy malarkey (our Irish ancestors will be proud of our word selection). Not for one second do they have your interests at heart.

We’re not professing to being saints, but what we can assure you is that our goal is to get you to reorder.

It all starts with you having the correct stock. Our job here is to guide you using cold, hard sales data… and a little bit of pixie dust.

Only once you’ve made profit, do we.

We like to think we have one of the best return policies ever. If a range isn’t selling as well as you hoped for, we will swop it out or credit you without any questions. NO TIMEFRAME, even if we have discontinued a range.

Honestly, we’ve cringed a little the few times we swopped out a discontinued range, but a deal is a deal…plus our charities love receiving all our old stock.

We are ex-retailers and are mindful of your concerns when choosing a new supplier.
So we don’t insist on a minimum order quantity, however you need to make sure you have a decent display. A display with broken sizes is a surefire way to lose sales. The absolute minimum we suggest would be 2 per size.
